The facilities were modern and seemed brand new. the price during the off-season was fair, making it affordable for a relaxing getaway. the hotel is situated in a beautiful location, high up in the Rila Mountains, surrounded by an ancient forest. It was a perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of crowded tourist areas and enjoy the peaceful solitude of the mountains.
There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the spa and pool were not up to par, with the spa needing to be specially turned on and the pool being ice cold.

The hotel's complementary breakfast and shuttle service to the nearby attractions were a great addition to our city trip. the location of the hotel was perfect, as we were able to explore both the city center and the nearby natural attractions without any hassle. the room we stayed in had a great view from the balcony, which was a pleasant surprise.
The spa facilities were not up to our expectations. Most of the equipment in the gym was out of order, and the pool was not heated, making it difficult for us to enjoy.
